Production of Carbon Steel Flanges

Bifrangi produces carbon steel flanges for industrial plants and pressure vessels of various types, in particular:

• Flanges to be welded and threaded flanges according to EN 1092-1 standards, in P250GH/C22.8 material, measuring between DN 15 and DN 400, and with pressures ranging from PN6 to PN160.
• The flanges are to be welded and threaded in accordance with ASME B16.5 standards, in ASTM A350 and A105 material, with sizes ranging from ½” to 16”, and from class 150 to class 2500.

We also produce special carbon steel flanges based on a customer’s tailor design.
We can supply flanges without moulding and shot blasting, with heat treatment and also machined by machine tool.
